Corrections policy
Measurement Press should correct errors in fact, citation, calculation, framing, and interpretation. Corrections should be visible on the affected page, with the date, change summary, and whether the conclusion changed.
Correction levels

| Minor | Typo, broken link, formatting issue. | Fix silently or log in page history if meaning changes. |
| Source | Wrong citation, stale document, bad archive link. | Update source and add correction note. |
| Substantive | Wrong number, wrong comparison, faulty causal claim. | Correct prominently and restate the conclusion. |
| Retraction | Core claim unsupported after review. | Preserve page with retraction notice and reason. |

Reader reports
Before public launch, add a dedicated corrections email address under the final domain. Reports should include the URL, quoted passage, evidence, and requested correction.
